Lemcon Networks Network Operations Center is an organization responsible for ensuring smooth running and operation of customers networks. Implemented ITILv3 processes drive the work of the organization. Network Operations Center comprises Service Desk providing 1st tier initial support for any incidents that may occur. First tier support is backed up by experts of 2nd tier, all seasoned Systems Engineers, each certified in their fields of expertise.
Our service operation is supported by state of the art tools. Especially important for us is our own product developed during the past years called Lemcon Network Tracker. With our tools we are able to execute and track processes of Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Access Management, Change Requests, Customer Relations, Competence Development and many more. With our tools we are able to gather and consolidate information to accurate reports for both our customers and service operation management.
Network Operations Center will interface with our vendors, field technicians, partners, and other points of cooperation or escalation when necessary.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we are able to provide Service Level Agreements accordingly. With our global footprint our services are available everywhere.
